Q: Can any piece of jewelry be made in white gold, if pictured in yellow gold, or made in yellow gold, if pictured in white gold?
A: Yes. We can make just about any item in either white or yellow gold if it is not originally made in the color that you want. Please contact us via e-mail, telephone (1.212.935.1960) to find out if the item you want to order is made in the color of gold that you want and is in stock. There is an additional $100 charge for this special order if an item is not made in the color of gold that you desire.

Q: What is the best and safest way to clean my baby shoe?
A: Clean your baby shoe with a toothbrush, soap and water.

Q: What happens if the enamel changes color over time?
A: We will replace it for a nominal fee of $150.
