Q: Can any piece of jewelry be made in white gold, if pictured in yellow gold, or made in yellow gold, if pictured in white gold?
A: Yes. We can make just about any item in either white or yellow gold if it is not originally made in the color that you want. Please contact us via e-mail, telephone 1 (212) 644-1970 to check availability. There is an additional $200 charge for a special order.

Q: What is the best and safest way to clean my baby shoe?
A:
Using a soft toothbrush, gently brush your jewelry with warm water and a mild liquid soap.  Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Q: How do I care for my Aaron Basha Jewelry? 
A:
As enamel is a sensitive material, prolonged exposure to environmental conditions may fade or discolor the enamel. Please keep enamel away from detergents, chlorine, perfume, soap, ultrasonic and liquid jewelry cleaners.  All items are subject to evaluation and inspection from our repair specialists.  Fees vary by item.

Return Policy

Returns may be made within 10 days from the date of purchase for a store credit only in the form of a gift card. No cash refunds or credit to credit cards. Returned items need to be in original condition. No returns allowed on engraved and special order items. Contact Lenore at 1 (212) 644-1970 for specific instructions.
